• Tier-3 & Rural: 400+ additional locations

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard

• Metro to Metro: 2–4 days
• Metro to Tier-2: 3–5 days
• Tier-2 to Tier-2: 4–6 days
• To Tier-3/Rural: 5–8 days

Express

• Same-Day: Select metros (order before 12 PM)
• Next-Day: Metro and major tier-2 cities
• 2-Day Express: Most serviceable pin codes

Freight

• FTL: 1–5 days by route
• PTL: 3–7 business days

3. Charges

Based on: weight/dimensions, locations, service type, and special handling. Estimate shown at booking.

4. Order Flow

1. Confirmation with tracking ID
2. Pickup within 4–24 hours
3. In-transit with live tracking
4. Out for delivery
5. Delivered with e-POD

5. Tracking

Track via App (GPS), Website, SMS/WhatsApp alerts, and shareable links.

6. Delivery Attempts

Up to 3 attempts. After 3 failures, returned to sender with charges.

7. Packaging

Sender responsible for adequate packaging. Use sturdy materials, bubble wrap for fragile items, secure sealing, and clear labeling.
